Guarantee Rules:
Must be guaranteed with a major credit card at time of booking. During ski season and special events card is charged for one nights rental (non-refundable) at time of booking and for entire booking 30 days in advance. Card will not be charged until time of arrival or in the event of a cancellation or no show only during non-ski season.
General Cancellation Information:
Reservations must be changed or canceled 30 days in advance to avoid complete forfeiture of funds. ALL canceled reservations are subject to a one night's cancellation fee during ski season or other special events. Non-ski season reservations must be changed or canceled 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a no show penalty of 1 nights room charge. To cancel or modify a reservation, or for assistance with all other reservations, please call 970-476-5598

Prepaid Cancellation Information:
During the ENTIRE Vail ski season, during certain holidays, special events, and for certain off-season discount rates Park Meadows Lodge requires full prepayment. Here's how you can tell: Once we run your credit card NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN. Sorry about that but we are a small lodge and can't absorb the the losses - we appreciate your understanding with this matter.
Rate/Reservation Validity:
Please note that an electronic reservation confirmation will be provided to you solely for your convenience and that we retain official records of our reservation transactions, including details of dates of stay and room rates. In the event of discrepancies, alterations, modifications, or variations between this confirmation and our official records, our official records shall control. Tampering with this confirmation to alter the room rate, or any other reservation information is strictly prohibited and may have legal consequences.
Early Departure:
Park Meadows Lodge in Vail reserves the right to an early departure fee. When you check-in, you will be asked to confirm your departure date. You may be able to change your departure date without a penalty if your rate plan permits and if you do so before the end of your arrival day. After reconfirming your departure date, if you decide to leave earlier, you may be charged the early departure fee. Please contact the hotel at 970-1476-5598 if you have any questions.
